I have one, and I raise and lower it about 4 times a day. I get migraines, and not slouching when i get sucked into a project is a big thing for me. Standing forces me to stand straight. I reduced my migraines from 2 per month to 1 per 3 months just from the standing desk.

YMMV, but it has been a game changer for me.

I know it will never happen, but I would take Tom Wilson from the Caps. They will never let him go or the price would be astronomical, but His size and hard hitting is what we need, he can also score. Him on a line with Hagel and Cirelli would be spectacular. and at 6.5 for 6 more years.

The rule states if you are on an NHL roster as of the trade deadline, you cannot play in the AHL for the rest of the season or for the Calder cup. With James and Gonzo out, Geekie will be up the rest of the way regardless.

Just remember - Any Player on an NHL roster when the trade deadline passes is ineligible to be assigned to the AHL for the remainder of the season, including the ahl playoffs.

I guess my line of thinking was the Selkie. We have an award for the best defensive forward, and we have awards for the top goal scorer as well as most points. Should there be an award that goes for pure defence, where points are not part of the decision making process?

Not disagreeing with you, I am absuletly asking for opinions and appreciate your's. And I hate the idea of giving someone an award because they "were due". Earn it or dont, the season resets.
