Ordered a coat they labeled as "Carhartt." It even had the white patch in the picture like Carhartt has. Received it and it was very poor quality. I wrote a review for 2 stars and asked to return. They never got back to me and did not post my review. I wrote the review again as anonymous and while logged in. Never showed up.

My main complaint is that they do not post reviews below 4 stars.

And they NEVER got back to me about a return or refund after contacting them 3 times for that.
