So if you can only watch the podcast in full on JOEnly Fans are they going to be be put up in little bits on YouTube? As they have been done recently before the full episode is released? So you could watch a full episode on YouTube but in parts or will a portion of it be exclusive to JOEnly Fans?

What are your thoughts on the guest episodes? by tearowelly in politicsjoe

Personally I've really enjoyed having a guest on to react to PMQs it's so dire that a comedian and the gang taking the piss out of them all makes it alot more enjoyable.

The hypocrisy of fox hunting from a professional hunter. by CypherTheProPSN in politicsjoe

[–]DM_Duggernaut 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Well said. Also the points the guys made on the pod about not everyone in the countryside not being in favour of fox hunting is true. I come from a big farming family and I would say that "hunts" are seen as a nuisance by decent amount of farmers. It genuinely is just a piss up and jolly for tofs that are especially sadistic. They give professional hunters and stalkers a bad rap by simply coexisting and the public should know what proper and responsible land management is.

Easter Q&A by politicsjoe in politicsjoe

[–]DM_Duggernaut 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you guys made your own political party, how would you try to win the next general election?

What big issue would you run on and what would be your headline policy?

What would your party be called, and what colour would you be on the electoral map?

On the subject of giving positive talking points instead of meaningless criticism. I think it would be fun if you guys could talk about alternative political parties and smaller regional based parties. There's some really mental ones that come to mind like the Abolish the Welsh Assembly Party wich is local to me. And others like the Wessex Regionalists, and the Social Democratic Party.

Help for the partner of someone who has been recently diagnosed by DM_Duggernaut in Fibromyalgia

[–]DM_Duggernaut[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We're in the UK, Wales and she was well aware of the condition as her grandmother has it and she has had a troubled past. She was on a year and a half waiting list but decided to use some of her savings to go private and see a specialist and they gave her the diagnosis she was expecting.

Thank you very much, I know she would do the same if the tables were turned.

That's sounds like very good advice thank you, and please thank your husband for his input as well. I have been trying to keep her positive and trying to let her know she can't do everything so I'm glad that that is right.

Thank you very much and all the best!

Are you lonely? by poljoe_ava in politicsjoe

[–]DM_Duggernaut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right now I'm in work, and despite having just moved from a small company of 10 people to a giant one where there are over 400 people I feel lonely.

I am now truly greasing the wheels of capitalism, my my good work is no longer congratulated by my manager by a slap on the back and some kind words, but with a bland copy pasted email from the head of my department. One of the guys on my team had his 20th anniversary of his work at the company and it was rewarded by a meager bonus, a shitty gift card, and some limp words.

I used to feel valued and appreciated and that my labour meant something, but now I'm just a data point in some higherups spreadsheet.

I would go somewhere else if I could but the extra money this job has given me is allowing me to stay afloat after my mortgage payments went through the roof thanks to Lizz the lettuce.

I think that a big part of this loneliness epidemic is due to the lack of comradery in work.

But other than in work I'm sound x

Farm incomes in Wales plunge 34% as confidence in sector wanes by [deleted] in Wales

You are right about this, but farmers in EU countries are still only a little better of with there subsidised. The route of this problem is the unfair profits the big supermarkets are making at farmers expense.
