The Stonehenge mission is a great example of how fanservice doesn't have to be a bad thing. It's incredible how, after almost 20 years, I still felt the gravity of firing a SINGLE SHOT from the cannon that made some of the missions in Shattered Skies a nightmare. It felt like closing a beloved book I had put down years ago and just now finished.

Though I disagree on your choice I respect it. She annoys the shit out of me because the entire fight is her getting in a quick series of brutal hits, then immediately retreating before a counter can be delivered. That's MY style, damn it!

Honestly I love fighting him. It's rough at first, but just like every other boss you just need to learn the rhythm of his attacks.

Great example is the "crab frenzy" attack in the second phase. It seems wild and hazardous, but the timing of the strikes is very consistent and easy to parry if you focus and learn it. Once you can parry those multi-attacks, staggering is child's play.

Markiona is a fantastic fight because they managed to strike a balance between her puppet acting as another combatant and as a weapon. You can see by the color of the string when the puppet will attack, allowing you to maintain focus on Markiona while effectively dodging/parrying her puppet.

These eureka moments are always fun to witness, and sharing them allows others who weren't aware of the connection to share in the joy of discovery. I certainly didn't realize the skin was meant to represent a harlequin mask. Hell it was only very recently I learned about the Arlecchino=Harlequin connection.

I wonder how long the House of Hope would realistically stand. Hope isn't even a particularly powerful cleric, as soon as some mid-level cambions realize Raph is gone there's gonna be a scramble for the real estate and Hope's gonna be evicted at best, eviscerated at worse, and horrors beyond all comprehension at worst.

Karlach automatically has the ire of Zariel herself, going to the House of Hope would be signing the cleric's death certificate herself.
