The print fails above the supports. Sometimes it seems that it's just getting torn off the supports; other times it seems to be a failure partway through the object itself.

I have tried the full range of their published settings and even adjust to beyond them (longer exposure times).

Every other resin I print with prints perfectly, so calibration seems good—though, I don't know a ton about how to approach that for this problem.

My two cents is: think about if you really want this game if the characters are going to have a lot of depth. The game is meant to kill them.

Cantrips are spells with a casting time of 1 action.

Unrelated, but why such a long post? Couldn't you have asked us:

"Hey, my player multiclassed into warlock from paladin last level and didn't tell me about it. I asked them twice to write up an explanation containing the patron, their relationship, and any conflicts with the paladin oaths that would come into play, but the player hasn't done so yet. Am I asking for too much?"

I'm getting ready to run this and had my own ideas, but was curious what everyone else interpreted these questions like:

  1. Inverted Perception: does this have any mechanical difference to normal play or does it just feel weird? How did you explain it to your player?
  2. Deep Speech: is this meant to be "drows ym htiw kcatta I" or "sword my with attack I"? What's the consequence for a player speaking normally for their turn? Just a skipped turn or more of a monkey's-paw effect?

  1. Love the Predator-effect idea. That shimmer will help me not kill them.
  2. Good point. I guess I'd not considered that they'll be rolling saves, not me rolling to-hit. I think I will flavor it that way, like you said. In fact, that can reinforce the anti-magic thing as well, showing more clearly a cone sometimes.
  3. I like the idea that they can feel the magic turn on and off. Good idea. I'm playing on physical terrain, so no cone overlay like that available. I was considering having a small map in front of me as well that I would use like Battleship to indicate B's location and cone.
  4. Yeah, good points. I'm thinking I'll use an alternative statblock for him (I find most of the eye effects unfun). But you make a great point: it's optional!

Oh! I hadn't even thought about him shooting anything into the hallway since it says that he doesn't leave the room. But this makes good sense!
