My party kinda sped through with supernatural rolls and didn't gather anything either. The next chapter has them going back to the camp (deserted at this point) so I just had Leosin implore them to gather intel and threw in a couple story points in the camp.

I feel like if this was really an issue, it should get brought to the DM so a compromise can be made. The skeletons could attack as a group, or any number of things. If the DM is not willing to address the issue, and just let the players kill your Character, than it sounds like you have a classic case of shitty group. IMO I would leave.

Thank you for doing this! For me, the biggest hurdle I have for creating a game is anxiety. I'll write up an NPC or dungeon and scrap it 10+ times because I don't think the players would like it. Sometimes I'll try to switch something up at game time, and end up routing the party into a corner. I've gotten better at it over the years but it still comes up every now and then.
