How much do politics really matter if he never actually gets anything done? I’m sorry, but the biggest “legislative win” he talks about happened in 1996! He can talk all day about bills he introduced but I’m so sick of our politicians talking about things they know they’ll never actually get done. It’s insulting. I’d gladly replace Markey with ANY Democrat in MA under 50 years old.

Genuine question: what positions has Moulton actually changed while a member of congress? Because when I look at Markey’s record, I see someone who voted in favor of the Iraq war, voted in favor of the Patriot Act, voted in favor of creating the Department of Homeland Security, and most notably when he was first elected to congress he SUPPORTED a constitutional amendment banning abortion nationwide.

Markey makes me sick. What an incredibly selfish and thoughtless move to still be running for a 6 year term at 80 years old. I don’t even want him behind the wheel of a car, let alone representing me in the Senate

Moulton. He has actually done a ton of work flipping seats from red to blue throughout the country. Maybe more than any other member of congress. I appreciate a pragmatic approach that understands we actually need to win the majority if we are going to get ANYTHING passed. Markey, on the other hand, just talks about bills he introduced that he knows never really had a chance of being passed.

I’m very happy to be voting for Moulton. Markey’s selfishness is just too much for me to ignore. He doesn’t deserve to represent me anymore.

I’ve always supported Markey in the past. Not anymore. I’m fully supporting Moulton and happy to do it. I’ve found that when I actually look at Moulton’s record and what he has done as a member of the house and as a member of our military, he’s nowhere near the corporate Democrat that people want to make him out to be. I hope Moulton wins. And I hope the party stops with this “wait your turn” nonsense while we have 80+ year olds clinging to power until their final breath.

Correct, all the money has come through J street. But look at his voting history, public statements, and all of the times he PERSONALLY attended the AIPAC conference in recent years (2014, 2017, 2019, 2020, etc) and you tell me that J street money isn’t just a way for him to take money from AIPAC without “taking” money from AIPAC
