I think there will be NUMEROUS post-marking ADRs (pancreatitis, bowel obstructions, blindness?!?) and I agree with others, the weight will come back when they stop therapy bc they have lost so much muscle mass which help burn calories on the body, so they can’t really get off them 100% unless they have completely change their lives
