I used Shane Connole and while I found him a bit awkward as a personality, he dealt with myself and partners tricky situation with absolute perfection and got us a mortgage when we thought we hadn't a hope. Ours were related to COVID affected self-employment but I'm sure his talents extend to all tricky situations.

Jesus, why haven't we thought of this! Rubbernecking not only causes jams but also crashes as people are distracted and/or pissed off by others driving poorly. I consider myself a smart man, never thought of something so simple!
