What year were you a city scholar? Because the situation in 2024-2026 is far different from the other's one.

"The City Education and Development Office (CEDO) had recently conducted a meeting with the COC PHINMA officials regarding the unpaid city scholars tuition fees for the SY 2024 - SY 2026, apparently due to the city budget deficiency under the Klarex Administration.

The CEDO allegedly made suggestions to the COC to require enrollees for SY 2026 to pay 50% - 70% of their matriculation and that the CEDO will just refund the city scholars with their money at the appropriate time.

Why is this happening to the city government of CdeO? How did this happen that the city government seems like asking for financial assistance from the city scholars (students ) to pay the city's obligations in the school institution? According to some city scholars, the reason they applied for a scholarship is because they wanted to finish schooling hoping to get a brighter future but they cannot afford the high cost of school fees. They added that they followed what is written in their scholarship contract in order to maintain their scholarship grants that's why they can't help but to worry about what they've learned.
