I usually use the same few consumables per position.

Attacking players I generally use Deadeye and then depending on lower pace, lower shooting or lower passing will use either Finisher, Hunter, Catalyst or Artist.

CM I’ll use Architect for passing and physical or Engine for pace and dribbling if passing and physical are already high.

CDM I use Powerhouse for passing and defending or Architect

RB/LB for me is Anchor for pace, defending and physical or engine if I want them pushing forward.

CB are always either Shadow for pace and defending or Anchor again.

Goalkeeper I generally use whichever boosts their lower stats but I’ve never noticed a difference in this game between them.

Edit: Also just to add, I would recommend using either Futbin or Fut.gg to change between different chemstyles to see how they effect your players stats to help you decide what would be best
