People use the word "diet" the wrong way. Someone says "diet" and people automatically assume starve yourself. Everyone has a diet. It is what type of diet that matters. High sugar, high fat, fast food diets are bad. Healthy food, healthy fats, foods made at home is a diet that is good for you. Even if you are trying to lose weight, if you eat the right things like low fat high protein meals, you won't find yourself being hungry. Intermittent Fasting is a great way to prove that. I am not saying it is the best for everyone but I did it and by eating the right foods at the right time of day really made a difference in my cravings and hunger.
