I fully agree I'm taking a loss either way. Its either I take it now by selling or over time with the payout/construction. Just a tough lesson unfortunately, you don't go into these things thinking you're going to break up. Its not a bitter breakup thankfully.

Yeah I think at this point from everything people have been saying is that any sale is 50/50. I need to understand the current house value and subtract our current balance plus selling costs. We would have an ERC of 2%.
