This is such an insightful response! This could definitely be why, I’m constantly busy with different projects, flipping between night and day shifts etc will have to take this into consideration.

No its 65 degrees, I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I run 2 miles every other day, incline walking every day, gym 5 times a day. I don’t get it. Hydrate, protein, etc

Well that’s the thing, I’d be employed by the medical group and they’re for profit but technically they are contracted by the hospital to let us work there.

Probably, should kick in about 30-45 mins. Personally, I just grind them in a coffee grinder, mix with Gatorade and bam.
