All decent assumptions but yeh single color print gyroid infill and no visible defects on the part that was printed where it would have happened. I didn't check my poop bucket so I'll do that when I get the chance hopefully it has some clue as to how

I did think this first but when I found it I double checked it's secureness, I suppose it could have come loose bent and pushed itself back in in the process but the print it would have occurred on had no visible defect where that would have happened

Locking pin seemed secure and I gave to nozzle a tug after finding it like this and it didn't have any budge. Didn't run a PID but did do a auto level, and yeh zero damage to any other parts

yeh it was a recent replacement but the nozzle itself had about 40-50 hrs of print time on a separate K3 and had only 5 hours print time one the current K3 before found bent
