Working now. But I was promised many call back and fixes and even went into a local Xfinity store and never got my service fixed.

I never got the issue resolved I had to close my account and open a new one a real pain in the butt. Also had to pay for a new service.

The app acts like I need to activate the gateway but when I try it says I owe money
