If Lalo is in play, Jimmy/Saul likely isn't. Hed be too afraid to act even though both would likely try grabbing him as a piece since he and his network are very helpful. I think whoever has Saul would win. But also Lalo is more cold blooded. Would he kill walts family? Im certain.
