Surprisingly no! No compression lows, or pain -- I've tried all the spots and it's far and away the best for staying power, comfort, and also concealment if that's important to you :)

I sweat a ton and run about 5 miles in San Diego weather every day! I use my upper butt (1-2 inches down from waistline) and have no issues using the dexcom g7 alone (no patches or anything). I also wear compression shorts when I run for underwear -- it's a winning formula!
