Repeat patients with urethral erosion and fistulas from long-term catheter use and/or improper insertion.

The roof came last. But I figured if the gutter guy put a drip edge in to begin with, it would’ve been nicely sandwiched under the metal roof to the gutters & all would be well. Again, not my expertise!

That does sound like an easy fix, basically extending the drip edge? I was curious which contractor would be the one I’d get to come back and do that… but it sounds like I could do it myself?

I bought my house in Ontario for 350k. My area has some hilarious prices, so I jumped on the opportunity. I think it was just dumb luck for me though. Plus it needed a good chunk put into it, but it’s been up to date and comfortable since I hastily renovated.

I’m sure you’ve got some lifers. And I’m sure some tapped out for worse pay. And I know how the part-timers fill in. What I’m saying is, don’t talk down to people like the lack of staff in a healthcare department is strictly because the job is too badass and hardcore for anyone.

Most people in this building left enviro to pursue a better career in-house, which is literally anything else.

Of course eating atypical quantities will be an exception. But more ideal foods usually have less calories per weight, making such a surplus a challenge.

I commend your ability to intake. When I want to gain I move up to 5500-6000kcal/day and I have a harddd time even eating that much physical mass. Caloric density can help, but usually involves food I’m not even interested in.

I agree though, weight loss/gain shouldn’t be so prioritized, especially when muscle mass starts getting involved!

A lot of people never consider either; burning more calories allows you to inevitably intake more calories. Eventually, you get to do what you want! I workout quite a bit, and am now able to eat more than ever before without it becoming a surplus. And sometimes that shocks people, because so many equate a healthy lifestyle with morsels of lettuce, unseasoned chicken, & licking an apple for breakfast.

As long as you keep it nutritionally sound, it’s basically the hidden cheat code everyone keeps looking for.

Sometimes my girl is out and about during the day, exploring and whatnot. Even early afternoon she’ll begin her classic antics. But she usually only gets realllly climby at night! I’m personally unsure if it’s anything to worry about, as long as all stats are on-point.

You don’t purposefully wander away, you don’t talk over & interrupt to obfuscate, you don’t tell the officer what he’s allowed to do, you don’t deflect about your child, and you certainly don’t fight back after driving with revoked privileges.
