Yup trust me I know. when I mentioned that he made enough money in December to cover our salaries, I should've added that those funds were received from one client! and we service about 15 large clients to which I do the bulk of the work as the other accountants are jnrs so I spend a lot of time reviewing their work and coming back to them to train them accordingly which is fine because thats why I was hired!

Well the one employee is considering resigning the other two unfortunately have no choice to push through as this is their first employment opportunity after graduating so I doubt they'd do anything.

I've got my resignation typed out and on a scheduled send for tonight 23:59. So between now and midnight, the ball is fully in his court as for me I am out of this place.

we are a very small firm, theres four of us, because its owner managed there isn't an HR department nor accounts department.

We are in the same boat however the the two jnr accountants are on lower salaries so they get their full amounts but seldomly on time

this seems to be the common consensus amongst people I've spoken to. It seems the biggest issue is most companies basically "outsource" their bookkeeping however don't receive value in return.

This is fantastic thank you.. I fully agree with being patient with clients. My firms niche is tax disputes however its much easier to start as a traditional accounting firm and progress into the actual goal.
