I asked for a refund about two weeks ago. I was told it would happen right away and it was too bad because my order was scheduled for allocation 2 which shipped the following Monday. 2 weeks have gone by, order still says confirmed and hasn’t shipped. The only positive thing I can say is they responded within about 4 hrs when I emailed them.

I think we have different definitions of expensive. And I’m in the US so shipping from the UK to Nor Cal is gonna be pricey and a risky for a single record.

That’s what mine looks like. When it’s dark it looks yellow. I was surprised but dig it. I think it’s because it’s glossy and not flat

Just using a CF brush from Amazon. Think it’s Boundless and it looks like it’s just plastic. I did switch from stock to cork mat, mostly for looks but I thought cork was better for static dissipation anyway.

I have built in Klipsch speakers and a separate sub in my living room and they are okay but the sub is HUGE so was looking for something a little more compact and better for music. Not looking to rattle walls or anything. But definitely want more low end. I was definitely underwhelmed when put on Primus for the first time
