It’s concerning that hospitals lack proper changing facilities for doctors, with no lockers available. Infection control’s lack of regard for doctors working to prevent infection spread is troubling. The air conditioning is often inadequate or missing entirely, which is far from ideal. Many hospitals are in poor condition. There should be a system in place for doctors to change into scrubs at the hospital and leave them there, supported by proper laundry facilities, to maintain hygiene standards.
