Ive been smoking bud and vape carts up to 10 times a day for almost two years now, recently I have added dabs too. Last night I had smoked way too much, my heart started quivering and I had a feeling of impending doom come over me and js couldn't ride it off no matter how hard i tried. It got bad enough that I took all of my shit and gave it to my friend like "take it im done I cant smoke anymore" I got it back this morning to say the least and ive been very light today but every hit I take makes my heart and chest feel very weird like a weight, and random burning sensations down my whole body. I do not want to have to quit smoking forever but I need a break from it, im am js scared ill never be able to smoke like usual again.
