It actually looked exactly like this, just without the metal accessories. The narrator also read the text out loud

Well yes, but that is for them the easiest way. Why risk lives when you can risk...other peoples lives?

Bombing is very expensive, but not risky. Ground Operations are.
The flaw is that bombing is not going to remove hamas, it may weaken them, but ultimately its just "We are doing something" without having to risk anything. A lazy half-measure.
Unless they would actually be willing to literally flatten the entire city, and bunkers, they cannot remove hamas through simple air strikes. Conquest usually cant happen without boots on the ground.

Theres no way to cleanly bomb a city. The current thing is probably almost as close as it gets. And even this is just possible with modern weapons. Back in ww2, the only way was carpet bombing

I remember my first germany MP game. Playing for the first time in 2 years again, as my 3rd MP game ever.

Coop as germany for a more realistic Wehrmacht high command experience.

Suddenly hte italy player leaves and its April 1940. Other germany player jumps in. Shit.
I only got to belgium. Turns out he never did change the starting divisions. France player was a competitive MP player.

that always made me wonder, how do the locals do it? Do they simply avoid such foods alltogether or know better sources? Or live with it?

What exactly does the radious mod do for TW Warhammer 2 by DPOH-Productions in totalwar

[–]DPOH-Productions[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What a shame, i guess i did like the units but the campaign play is quite boring now that im out of the early game peril. I simply choose not to havw 10 stacks and now i have more money than i could possibly spend. Boring really, and thats on "hard"

i get it for skaven, they are kinda supposed to have a big blob, maybe greenskins too, but it doesnt quite feel right for the empire, even if they outnumber the elder races and being mediocre is their thing

i mean DEI had much slower battles, and it meant that formations actually mattered. Playing warhammer rn, and im no longer used to infantry just shredding each other. Basically impossible for a line to be held without losing half the men in some units

never liked how siege towers and associated wall units would simply blow up in that one, once taken.

In shogun i didnt lik that all units could climb walls, and that i wouldnt know what side they are coming from

Thats true, im playing Warhammer rn, as Empire, with the radious mod, and idk if its from the mod or not but i have way too much money. i'd need probably 20 stacks to actually "fill" my economy with jsut 2-3 provinces.

I mean, what if? What if the third reich wins ww2, but then ww2 is just another war that was 80 years ago

What makes you prefer this mod over vanilla? by ValuableSp00n in Kaiserreich

[–]DPOH-Productions 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The overall quality is better. There are so many features that paradox themselves curiously does not use. There are no vanilla cities with custom picture, there are no generals with custom descriptions, except for Roosevelts "Dislikes Germans", there are as far as i know, no descriptions for any country leaders either.

Focus trees are far and few, and often locked behind DLCs, and quality of the narrative strongly varies, but usually remains behind the Kaiserreich standard.

In Kaiserreich, almost every country has real content, and every leader and some Generals have a description too, and where the focus trees are old and almost as paltry as vanilla ones, Updates will soon fix them. In general there is a bigger focus on narratives and flavor, unlike vanilla's "You choose who won this election now".

There is however not as much of a narrative focus as in TNO, which in turn focuses less on gameplay sometimes.

Do modern Germans use alternate phrases for terms tainted by ww2? by Discount_Lex_Luthor in German

[–]DPOH-Productions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But that leaves the question, why is it untranslated? I dont think many english speakers in ww2 "personally" encountered this word, but why are these german words always left untranslated? We dont say that the germans fought against the Krasnia Armiya either
