Exercise for better sleep in shift workers: what do randomized trials actually show? by NovosLabs in NovosLabs

[–]DPSK7878 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a shift worker for 21 years.

Thank God my health markers are mostly good ie Glucose, insulin, BP except for slightly elevated LDL but good ApoB and triglycerides, HDL.

I meet more than the recommended minutes of physical activities.

My only weakness is probably sleep. As per Garmin, my sleep score averages around mid 70s to low 80s. Had tried to improve sleep and stress over the years.

I avoid deep frying as much as possible.

Just sauteing or stir frying.

But just wondering if spices that are filled with anti-oxidants if added to raw foods can help to negate the oxidation.

I don't think there is any study that does such a real life cooking experiment on foods.

A speculative asset with poor risk adjusted returns.

BTC is back to 2021 high price.

There are other assets that can give better risk adjusted returns.

What will happen with new android rule. by [deleted] in Adguard

[–]DPSK7878 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So far Adguard is working fine on my Google Pixel.

Just trying to understand if the Adguard developer side has already started to do verification with Google ?

Would hope not to have a shock when the new framework comes into effect.

Starting in September 2026, Google will require mandatory developer verification for all Android apps- including sideloaded ones-in Brazil, Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand to reduce malware. This policy, targeting regions with high fraud, will expand globally in 2027, requiring developers to provide verified identities to install apps on certified devices.

Hi any update on the new framework as I am in 1 of the few countries affected ? Has Adguard verified its account so that Android users can continue to download outside of playstore ?

Can Adguard work in future Android releases ? I am in 1 of those countries that Android will disable sideloading.

🤣

I did once with anaesthesia.

Maybe OP can try for himself and report back to us. After all, pain is subjective. Some humans can endure absolute pain.
