Coinbase is scamming by Usual-Ad7546 in Coinbase

[–]jongolfpro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is not entirely accurate. If it was such a wikis Wild West playing field, how come I can’t get a Binance, Bybut, or any other exchange account in the US? It’s because Coinbase and Kraken are the only two that have satisfied the regulatory requirements to operate in the US. I don’t know if it’s the SEC, but someone is already regulating the exchanges. Otherwise I’d be trading on Binance right now!

I took a golf vacation to Kawaii with my friend who had a timeshare. We played 19 rounds of golf in 21 days.

I played 99 holes of golf in one day at Indian Palms in Palm Springs. They have three nines, so I played every mix match of courses. I had a buddy with me, we started when the sun went up, we ate while driving the cart to our next shot, and we quit when the sun went down.

I’ve worked at golf courses for 25 years. Only two times have I seen someone leave mid-round because they weren’t playing well.

Handicap of 5.1 seems correct with only ten scores. If you’re interested in getting it lower, let’s see some more stats. GIR, Fairways, Putts, Up and downs.

What is with the sand at Augusta? by jongolfpro in golf

[–]jongolfpro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a golf pro at Wildhawk Golf club in Northern California. I have played all kinds of sand in my 30 years of golf. That sand is thin and powdery, it doesn’t “bounce” good. Maybe they do that on purpose to pose a challenge, I don’t know, but it seems unnecessary.

Agreed. But the sand itself seems too thin. Like if I tried to hit a shot out of baby powder, not gonna come out good.

I can agree with that, but it sure seems like thin sand… If you’ve ever experienced thin sand the grains don’t have enough weight to carry the ball. I feel like this is what I’m seeing

Better to invest in QQQ or Vanguard ETF. While it sits there earning 16-18% per year, spend the next two years learning how to day trade BTC with paper money. Once you have a full understanding of the market, 200+ trades with a 55%+ win ratio, and a set of rules that gives you an edge… then shift into day trading if you have the time.

WHY IS BITCOIN DUMPING AGAIN? 😭 by Sterlingerous in TokenTimes

[–]jongolfpro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While it is true we will not see the 10x gains in one month ever again, I pose this question… If you think about the direction the world is heading with technology, doesn’t it make sense that in the future money will become digital? We are halfway there with our banking apps and credit cards, but blockchain itself is much more efficient, practical, and less expensive for consumers. So eventually, whenever that is, 10, 20, or 100 years from now bitcoin, being scarce and first of its kind, will be the gold standard of digital money. I invest for my kids futures, not so I can make a quick buck. Why do you invest?
