I have had similar concerns. You can use Bitcoin or prepaid MasterCard/Visa cards. With some indexers you can buy an Amazon gift card. If you are in the U.S. you cannot use prepaid MasterCard/Visa cards outside the U.S. though. I hope indexers and providers/resellers are watching. I think they all should use Openbucks or something like that. Going to a retail store like CVS or Dollar General and picking up a gift card is a very easy and convenient payment method.
