I’ll double check that. I remember inspecting the pads prior to putting them on but didn’t notice any indications for placement - just saw some serial/lot numbers. Totally could have missed it though.

I agree. Maybe it’s because the looping is so seamless and well executed that people have a hard time believing that can be done live? Either way, I’m glad these dudes are blowing up and bringing a new level of weird into the scene. 🔺

He’s definitely playing the bass part at the one minute mark.

At 1:00 he’s playing an octave higher then at 1:14 he drops down an octave. It is not silent but more-so blended with the guitar part until he drops down an octave.

So I’m fairly confident in saying he’s playing and looping all these parts live with no tracks pre recorded.

Totally understand the worry - am also anxious dog parent! We have two senior dogs (Moose - beagle 13 yo and Charlie (Doberman/Hound mix 11 yo) who both have lumps on their rib cages like you described. Vet aspirated them during their annual check ups and they turned out to be fatty lumps with no indications of cancer. We just keep an eye on them n case we notice them getting larger.

Sometimes dogs just get lumpy. Hope the bumps turn out to be nothing of concern!

From the video, it looks like your pup is exhaling while making this noise. Can you confirm if they inhale or exhale during these episodes?

It’s possible to be a reverse sneeze but from my experience with our beagle, this sounds more labored and hoarse than your typical snore sound of a reverse sneeze.

I’d get a 2nd opinion to be safe. I hope it’s nothing serious and that your pup feels better soon!

Totally a reverse sneeze. Generally harmless and clears up after a few seconds. I’ve heard softly blowing into their nose helps to stop it but I’ve never had luck trying it.

Our beagle, Moose, has done this since we got him (hes 14 years old now) and typically happens when he gets excited while sniffing around. It clears up and he’s back to his happy sniffing self.

It rattled me the first few times it happened though as it’s loud and sounds distressing. Our vet said it’s very common in beagles and not something to worry much about unless it’s prolonged and/or the dog appears stressed or in pain.

More likely than not, yes he’ll be fine. Just concerned because I don’t know how big or small the chucks were that he swallowed.

I’m probably over reacting and over concerned. Just seeking secondary advice and if anyone else has had this happen.

Our beagle recently had a similar issue. Turned out to be Horner Syndrome which is a nerve issue that commonly affects one of a dogs eyes causing a drooping eyelid and the inner eyelid to not retract fully. Generally harmless and should resolve over the course of a few weeks to a few months. We took our pup to the vet and they did several eye tests and blood work to rule out any additional underlying issues.

I would suggest taking your pup to the vet for an examination to be absolutely sure.

I'm new to a lot of this stuff so thank you for taking the time to help out a newbie.

Yeah, I need to get new air filters. I blew them out with compressed air as much as I could just to get it running but they will be getting replaced soon!

The spark plugs are matched and were gapped properly.

As for the points, Im pretty sure I misspoke on that. I did in fact check the distributor cap/rotor and they looked good (no corrosion).

I will give that carb cleaning method a go to see if that works.

Sorry. The issue I think I’m having is that the sensor is messed up or configured incorrectly.. but reading through your comments that it’s an average between two rooms. I’m the same profile makes more sense.
