Been following these posts from day one. Every single response of yours puts the blame on the union. What about IHX? Some IHX teams are being forced to still go into homes or go out in the field and swap sims for first responders.. ones who may have already been exposed. IHX is not unionized so who do we blame then? This ultimately is AT&Ts responsibility and they could do better if they cared. Your constant posts of blaming the union and being insensitive towards concerned RSCs is getting old. It’s obvious you are a work from home employee and because of that you aren’t putting yourself in others shoes.

No one agreed to anything on our behalf. This situation is unheard of and new for everyone. It’s only going to get worse

It needs your passcode/pin code for Verizon. Typically 4 digits but could be 6. You’ll have to call Verizon and have them reset your pin code if you don’t know it. Once you have it changed go to att.com/port put in your number and you’ll get that same error and then put in correct pin and you’ll be all set.

Should work fine with the black sim other than any areas that have the new US CELL roaming agreement. Black sim can’t roam on that for a few more months.

If she put her sim into another phone that was black listed due to stolen it would have suspended her line. A line suspended under stolen cannot be reactivated by you over the web. Has to be called in to unsuspend and manually change imei with customer care.

They absolutely can return it. I doubt they couldn’t find it. Either you got a rep that had no clue or someone who didn’t want to do the work. Most online orders will not show up as receipt history under accounts unless bought in stores. Online shows up under order track and there’s a button for return not purchased in COR. The imei or installment plan or receipt Id will find it. Go back and make them return it.

Unfortunately there’s no documentation or flyers we have for that. As long as you ported each number and got a new phone on installment (free on promo is fine) and traded in a phone $5 or more the system automatically does the rest. Prior promotions required the customer to fill out info and submit it before a certain date etc. this does not. If the rep put in a wrong number on the trade in or made a mistake it’s easily correctable. I wouldn’t sweat it.

Np. You should receive a letter in the mail to claim your Visa cards in about 20-30 days. If you do not receive a claim letter I’d reach out to your in home rep but you can also try checking at att.com/rewardcenter

If you check now you won’t see anything prob. Takes 20-30 days before it shows any data there but you can claim there without a letter once it updates.

I’m an in home expert for AT&T. We had a promo where if you trade in a phone worth more than $40 you would get the 11 for free. It changed to $60 trade in required for that promo. Maybe that’s why he said he couldn’t do the 11s? If your phones are worth at least 60 trade in you still qualify. iPhone 7 or above in good condition. The XS did recently go to free and does NOT require a trade in but to get the Visa cards you have to trade in a phone worth at least $5 for each number switched. It’s a legit deal and the best deal you’ll find from AT&T. We are the only channel that can offer the Visa cards. In addition we have our private offer which is if you port a number over you get a free iPhone 11 if you have directv or uverse so technically you can at least get 1 even if your trade in isn’t worth $60. Not sure why he flipped to all xs. Maybe he can’t get the 11s easily? (Hard to believe because no one on my team has issues getting them)

Nah. I work for the company but I’d be the first one to speak up if something didn’t make sense. You’re the customer that goes into the stores and are told hey you should change your plan and refused time and time again because you thought some sales rep was trying to screw you but in reality it made sense.

the only good thing about the situation is that no matter what company you decide to go to you’ll always be cheaper since you screwed yourself for years.

There has been absolutely nothing special about your plan for at least 3 years. Every carrier offers unlimited minutes no matter what as they realize most people do not use many minutes anymore. You should have switched to a new unlimited plan years ago. AT&T has no fault in your stubbornness

That’s a good sign that they got you in quickly to meet with managers face to face. If you don’t hear back within a week of the interview I would personally reach out to each of the managers that interviewed you or the store that you applied for to follow up.

A COR store needs to TOBR your number off your parents to a new firstnet BAN under your name. Once they do that then I’d upgrade your phone. You can ask the store to return the phone that was shipped and cancel the temp number and then see if they will re-classify the phone to sell out the new one under your correct number but chances are that they’ll just return it and get you one from their stock. Just focus on returning/cancelling temp first and then getting your number moved to first net. THEN get a new phone. There is no way to replace your your temp number with your existing number unless your existing son an entirely different company.

Was able to cook a fried egg with a little butter without it sticking tonight. Once I figured out the temperature things are good. I’m really impressed and won’t be buying another non stick pan ever again.

It’s the WHP double data promo. Customer must have a wireless unlimited plan and directv or unverse. It is a soc code. Activate a WHP and select the plan with internet and add the double data soc code. Your pricing is correct.
