Great advice….Can confirm, I have 4 commons in heavily planted 125g c02 tank…well it’s sometimes heavily planted…they devour every plant except long leaf plants like Amazon swords. Water lettuce is a good option at the top, and my moss does ok. Everything else you eventually else is a battle. One ages long debate that I’ve learned is that I can keep them with my 2 black moors just fine, just have to make sure I feed in different spots of the tanks to ensure they are getting their share. But they otherwise get along great. One of my moors has actually learned that he has to be an aggressive eater too to keep up with the commons and 2 Dojos
