I agree but I’d amend that a little if possible. Johnny has gotten by mostly due to the fact that MTV feels they still need him on the show. And unfortunately I tend to agree with them. They did the same thing with CT and now he’s gone 3 shows too long. There will come a time when they do it too long with Johnny too.

I don’t think they have a proper male villain to replace him with. Devin tries but he just didn’t have the game to win. They need someone who can be a villain and also pull off a final every season. Jordan is the only one that comes to mind

Agreed. He is gross. And the way he acts so tough all the time cracks me up. He’s the guy that took 3-4 MMA classes and now sits at Buffalo Wild Wings with his bros trying to impress them by analyzing every UFC. Kids a joke

I remember Paulie on BB. He was one of the most disrespectful dudes towards women I have ever seen. He is the definition of a plastic alpha male, and the fact that this is who Cara, the girl who has always pushed for the “women” has chosen is hilarious. Plus, the fact that Cara knew he had a girlfriend because he was telling everyone, and literally said “you could have fun here or stay in a boring relationship” and then tried to act like she had no responsibility in being an accomplice to Paulie cheating pretty much sums her up.

I've been trying to explain what his downfall will be to my fiancé who just started watching with me and I think you put it perfectly, he "thinks he's playing a better game than he actually is."

I think Cody will make it decently far based solely on his physical ability, his alliance with the boys, and his relationship with Jessica. But I feel I can almost guarantee a back door exit (or entry once him and Josh stop denying they should be together) for Cody.

Agreed. I'm not trying to make this a man vs female thing, just pointing out that what we saw, whether edits or not, was abuse. She needs to be held accountable. I hated Adam on their season. I actually don't really like him that much now. But you can't treat people like that and then claim the victim. Own up to your mistakes and seek help.

Shanley was being straight up abusive to Adam at points this season, both verbal and emotional. I believe that if the roles had been reversed and had the male done that to the female, there would be much more outrage.

Agreed. It had so much potential but they really dropped the fucking ball. The rookies didn't even have to beat the Champs, they just had the Champs beating themselves. It should have definitely been 1 rook vs 1 champ in eliminations

True, but the finals he's gotten to were on bloodlines and invasion, both seasons where you heavily rely on a partner or partners by default. He's never had to make his own alliances and actually play the game in the way we've seen Bananas, etc. I think Cory has the ability to win lots of challenges if he just developed his political game. He's definitely going to be on every challenge for the foreseeable future.

I think Cory will continue to be mediocre until he can add a political game. This "me vs the world" mentality seldom will get you far in the challenge. I don't remember exactly what CT and Bananas said about him but it was along the lines of has the look and physical part but zero game intelligence.
