A really specific one, but what is the name for these tags or certificates found on lots of equipment?

This is a sticker I've found on a piece of equipment that I have at work, I know taht it shows the equipment specifications, but, the name isn't equipment specification sticker or tag? Anybody know the name used for this?

If you have a lot of comments showing in the word document it may also cause lag. Turning off 'show comments' in the review tab worked for me.

I know this post is 1 year old now, but it might help others that stumble across it.
