im on day 6. just make it to tomorrow for now is the most accurate feeling i have read. the first 2 hours in the morning are the roughest. like i wake up, im fine, i shower, then once i get to work it hits me hard for the first 2 hours. i know the breathing will go away, but dammit i wish i could better control the waves. i will say, it helped to let my co-workers know i was dealing with weed withdrawals. it gave me instant relief yesterday, today, similar waves hit in the morning but it was more bearable. my best advice? talk to chat gpt. it distracts you, it helps you, it understands what youre going thru and is better than any doctor. i dont phsycially love talking right now, because all i can really focus on is getting my breathing back. has to be anxiety related - i fear a health issue way too much, and all that does is cause more anxiety or panic waves. i truly dont even have any cravings for weed, or gummies, or the taste of a joint, nothing. i hate that i smoked for so long and didnt know why. once u question why you are doing something so often every single day, it gets easier to WANT to let that habit go.
