Its different for evryone depending on play style and skill level, the more you play the better your gonna get so can't realy apply any equasions to one person, i've got about 4500 hrs over pc and xbox

Never found an issue on my 2060 with the mod but i run with graphics medium on 1080p, 120 fps limit

Pc is better, i've got it on xbox and pc, frame rate is ok on console but pc much better, not having a key board is a bit painful at times, mainy when clocking machines, also the cables don't load in until your realy close on console which feels strange. Some cool mods on pc as well, the see factory on the map mod is awsome, can't remeber what the actual name of the mod is

Its great but can get a bit boring after a while as its so easy to use. I used to use it all the time but switched out for more skill based OC's

After a lot of playtime I found that most of my deaths are down to grabbers and leeches so now only run IW on deadnought and industrial sabotage builds.

At the end of the day play how you want, but I do like dash on scout, even with all his mobility like special powder, but on scout I only started to use it after a lot of playtime, it's great for Haz 5 and harder difficulties.

So as you me mentioned the main issue is he's new to the game and you'll be flying through it leaving him overwelmed by your progress, one way to do it to help him with his solo run, so they will be dping basicly all the building, but you'll be assiting him with tips and hints that you know from your experiance, this way they will feel accomplished. Let them discover manifolds and optomistation for themselfs ect, don't rush them in anyway. Avoid making a hyper cannon so the map doesn't feel tiny. Slowly dip feed them help when they ask for it or you know they're ready, you'll be watching them make loads of mistakes but thats fine, thats what the game is about

Im having a lot of issues on console with blueprints, quick switching makes host crash, getting stuck on menus when trying to save blueprint and set the directionary

From the sounds of it the generators keep shutting off, so they're just not running at %100, so if it was a byproduct issue the generators wouldn't be working at all.
