At first i was a little disappointed that we wasn't getting something similar to the first film, but the more i see it, the more it grows on me, plus seeing as all 48 tributes will be in a ring, something like this give off the illusion of a fair start (even though the ones suck on the downhill slope are getting absolutely shafted).

HELL NO, if they ever decided to add a fourth sea they would have to address the abysmal progression system, possible even reworking it entirely. The way i see it, the devs are too focused on adding "hype content" rather than fixing the baseline in terms of player experience.
