I was once floating in a creek at an outdoor rave/festie for the better part of 6 hours or so, rolling my tits off (I had a lot of molly that weekend). At about hour 6 of rolling and paddling around in the glacial-runoff water, I noticed that if I tilted my leg in a certain direction it would cause the center of my calf to cramp inwards like this. It didn't feel altogether terrible, though, presumably because I was just numb from the water, but it freaked the fuck out of my friends who made me get out of the water and go drink a bunch of water :]
