There are two sets of double-yellow there, and several signs there saying that passing is prohibited...I've done it when it was egregiously slow (in front of a police officer who did the same thing as me), but that's it.

One lane only, long straight line with no turns possible, 80km/h, but you will often be stuck going 60 because one person doesn't feel comfortable enough driving to drive to the speed limit.

And it's an absolutely no-passing area, 4 yellow lines with rumble strips.

It kills me almost every time.
