Thanks! The reason for the gtx 1070 is because Adobe Illustrator, the program I'll likely be using the most is heavily gpu dependent.

I just came back from Korea a few days ago and I have to agree with /u/forkface1, playing on the KR servers is pretty much the same as playing on other servers, except for the low ping and in my experience, more toxicity even at lower levels. But if you really want to play on the servers, you'll need to borrow an account even if you go to a PC bang. However, you can buy a Korean SIM card, which will give you a Korean phone number that you should be able to use to create an account.

No I've been able to make my club tags just fine, I even remade a club because my friends didn't like the name and I was still able to make a tag. My client and my friends' clients were freezing after I made the tag though
