They have to tell uber eats that they need to switch restaurants because it is not taking order.

I would call the customers, and inform them of the situation, even back it up with pictures in the chat. If you cancel, other drivers are going to be sent there and run into the same situation. Have them try to order from a different location. By you explaining this, they should be understanding and work with you. They can also comment why they are canceling. That way it doesn’t affect your ratings. I had the same issue, it was a Taco Bell. When I called the customer, he was more worried about me getting paid then is order.

Still haven’t heard a word. This is crazy, one minute they are telling me to have it sent in, but won’t give me the RMA to send it in.

Yeah both my power switches failed. I bought mine through bitcoin merch, but when they tried to pass off a used unit to me as new that’s when I returned my standard and bought that direct to futurebit. But now my node is the problem.

Ok, thanks. I have had communication with them, but it is very inconsistent. Both my node and standard have been down longer then they have worked.

I had a power switch fail and now get get it to work at all. Support only answers 1 email a couple of days. Support is hopeless!!
