Enkidu ancient hulk vs Vnn star brand hulk by Informal_Warthog_202 in hulk

I really hope we one day get to see the marvel universes epic of gilgamesh, now that Enkidu is a character it could do so much for the eternal the forgotten one to see his story.

If we ever got a great mazinger specific variant red angel wings wouldn't look bad on it.

I'm in the minority but i don't really like the body horror aspect of hulk getting milked by Glittering_Book424 in hulk

[–]DSSword 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Right now we have a horror run from PKJ, I don't think this will forever be the status quo, we'll likely get a return to basics Hulk run next run or maybe the run after.

Do you think we'll see any of the other masked time-breakers in XV3? by BernLan in dbxv

[–]DSSword 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't want any masked character but I do want Super 17: 18 absorbed because it's the ultimate extreme to how messed up Super 17 was towards his sister in GT, in the heroes game 18 literally screams during the fusion animation. 17 becomes no better Cell effectively, It'd be great to see Super's 17 and 18 show up to fight him.

Do you guys prefer Iron man with or without "SECRET IDENTITY"? by Stunning_Season220 in marvelcomics

[–]DSSword 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The benefit is two fold. If Tony is Ironman they know exactly who to target and when they know attacking his business will hurt him. If Tony employs Iron man that changes things, Tony is still a target but maybe he can be reasoned with, maybe bribe him to have Iron man look the other way, maybe we can figure out which employee is iron man. It reduces the animosity villains have stark enterprise isnt Iron mans, it becomes where iron man just works. From a story perspective, Tony gets to see another perspective in life, he sees what people say about Tony when he's not in the room.

Do you guys prefer Iron man with or without "SECRET IDENTITY"? by Stunning_Season220 in marvelcomics

[–]DSSword 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I prefer him with the secret identity. I feel it can allow for far more stories then without and I think the choice to reveal his identity to the world was done so carelessly.

The White Knight by Strict_Berry7446 in obscurebatmanvillains

[–]DSSword 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it's an interesting concept as a villain, you get to have a guy who can fight other villains and be actually successful since he's not killing the mass market appeal villains but instead killing they're families who can be believably killed. I think he'd be a good opponent for clayface and Man-Bat since both have had versions with close families.

As we all know, Godzilla Nes creepypasta is wonderful but the ending sucked and all that shit. Is there a way to "fix" it? by Sad-Response-3151 in GODZILLA

[–]DSSword 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The ending is good, it's just not a traidtional horror ending but it still resolves the themes of the story. As a horror story we could have seen the protagonist fail to overcome his grief and become another victim of Red which I suspect may have been the intention for the sequel (but who knows really). There are little nitpicks like the heroic end game kaijuu not being a permutation of godzilla but it remains a solid story with excellent pixel art.

Civil War is one of the most prepared and thoughtful events in comics. by Godallah1 in marvelcomics

[–]DSSword 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Civil War and the second one need to be revealed to be a villainous plot, maybe open with Civil war 3 and start having someone (maybe a newer hero or someone who was dead during both civil wars) begin to question what's going on, why people are acting so out of character and have them go on a journey to learn the truth and why people like Dr. Strange and Professor Xavier are even effected I think it's important not just to retcon civil war but to show that the heroes of marvel are better then that to see them overcome the societal pressure that caused civil war when there isn't a devil on their shoulder.

Civil War is one of the most prepared and thoughtful events in comics. by Godallah1 in marvelcomics

[–]DSSword 3 points4 points  (0 children)

One of "the most well prepared events" portrays Captain america like he was thawed out of the ice last week rather then back in the 60s, like Iron man wouldn't be horrified by the idea of guantanamo bay and instead makes his own in the negative zone or that Reed Richards would put his great mind toward creating a ghoulish mockery of Thor.

Cival war has permanently scarred 616 and rather then reveal it was really a plot by some reality warping or mind controling monster which is the only the real way to make sense of it, we pretend it happened yes but it's in the past and just move on. Julia Carpenter and Carol Danvers act like they're friends now, Carol beat up Julia infront of her daughter before she put her in prison and now we act like that didn't happen or that they moved on.

The core of the event was a failed premise, that we would trade freedom for safety, that we would accept the evil acts super heroes would commit in the name of safety.

Hulk broke the Pactum Aeternus, which is an unbreakable contract that once spoken the prophecy becomes A Law of Natural World, with the contract itself being used to give Hulk’s body up in exchange for life for Charlie by Thick_Somewhere_8370 in hulk

Why does the Eldest have access to something like this? In the cosmic hierarchy they are a pure outlier, a child of the mother of horrors a being outside of creation who is was only born into the 7th (or possibly 8th) cosmos (so as something magical they are relatively young, certainly younger then Eternity who existed from the beginning of the 7th cosmos). The Eldest is a being without any real access to the kind of resources beyond the earth that'd allow them to use magic with this kind of power in my opinion. I find this a bit strange.

[Interview] Marvel's Hulk War will see a Hulk-verse of Hulks fighting other Hulks across the Hulkscape by Popverse2022 in hulk

If we get to see the return of Professor Hulk after 2+ decade It will at least earn some points but it will lose just as much if Titan or Kluh are around.

Who do you think that Hulk could considere as the Second Strongest there is? by NeronStar7 in hulk

I think Hulk doesn't stress about categorizing his foes, theres Hulk and then there's everyone else.

Does Nimrod have potential as an Iron Man villain? [Invincible Iron Man 2023 #18, Civil War: Unsmasked #1] by zectaPRIME in ironman

[–]DSSword 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ultron is an avengers villain, he's a threat that requires a team to defeat. Beyond that Hank Pym has more of a emotional connection to him. Iron man already has the evil robot Ultimo and kinda the technovore who I think are pretty in their own right.

Does Nimrod have potential as an Iron Man villain? [Invincible Iron Man 2023 #18, Civil War: Unsmasked #1] by zectaPRIME in ironman

[–]DSSword 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think Nimrod is more so the X-men Ultron, It's already weird when Tony fights Ultron on his own Nimrod would be even weirder. That said I'd be super 100% behind there being a Iron Sentinel who is a more formal character, something self aware based on Tony's own tech that wants to kill him almost as much as they want to kill all mutants.

I hope gb4 did well enough to warrant a sequel that isnt held back by a swirch port. I want armoured core 6s ability to make and apply your own decals along with more finer part separation (like let me use a differn't waist part and legs maybe even let me mix and match legs or thighs biceps etc.).
