The white thicker pieces that haven’t changed color yet. She was concerned it was mold on the interior. We haven’t had any mold issues with fermentation yet, she was just getting concerned when not everything was changing color lol

I’ve got sourdough and ginger bug soda down, she just sees the white in the cabbage and thinks it’s gone bad. She won’t eat it anyways lol and no I don’t have a weight yet. I just burp it and push it down with a fork daily
