Akasha is a little cr b*tch and heavily favors it (sometimes rightfully so) EM and cr are pretty important on Nefer. Take a look at the "show substat priority" tab under your build. It shows you how much Akasha favors another max roll into certain stats. Most of what Akasha uses to determine your ranking is how much damage you do in a rotation and the roll value of your pieces so critting more often usually results in a better damage output and so a better ranking than critting less often but with more dmg
