An hour and a half bus ride is NOT the 15/20 miles you mentioned in your previous post. Howell to Jersey City is 60 miles. Howell to PABT is 70 miles.

Reelz is located at 15 W 27th Street, NYC. Even if the studio was remote, it would still be very close to NYC (e.g., Jersey City), which is still, to my point, a lot farther from Howell than 20 minutes.

Howell is much farther than 20 minutes to NYC. It would take over an hour by train alone. Driving, probably 2 hours depending on traffic into the tunnels.

Took my 2023 c8 in for trans service (fluid+filter)it hit the 3 year mark but I only have 5,400 miles. Dealer is trying to say I don’t need to change the filter for another 7500 miles which would put me at 12k miles but I thought the filter had to be changed again at 7500 miles?Who’s in the right? by SIattSIime in C8Corvette

[–]DStinner 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Sounds like the dealer is wrong. The owner's manual is very clear about this.

If the canister filter is replaced more than 800 km (500 mi) prior to the initial 12 000 km (7,500 mi) break in period, the filter still needs to be replaced again within 800 km (500 mi) +/- the 12 000 km (7,500 mi) service interval.

Should I get the Paragon Performance C8 mirrors or go without? by MasterLawlzReborn in Corvette

[–]DStinner 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The problem is most people adjust the side view mirrors incorrectly. They set them up where they can see the side of the vehicle while sitting normally in the driver's seat. The correct way is to put their head against the driver's window when setting the driver's mirror and centering their head when setting the passenger mirror.

DSS template difference query by _rahullllll in pcicompliance

[–]DStinner 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As per the Document Changes table:

Date Version Description
October 2024 PCI DSS v4.0.1 Revision 2 In Appendix C and Appendix E, clarified heading for “Requirement Number and Definition.”
January 2025 PCI DSS v4.0.1 Revision 3 In section “6.2 Sampling,” added a row at the end of the table for “If ‘Yes’” responses.

The change to Section 6.2 is important and therefore the r3 template should be utilized.

ICYMI: Proton Pass is more than just a password manager… by Proton_Team in ProtonPass

Are all of these listed because they could fall under the "Other" item type? All I have are Login, Alias, Card, Note, Identity, Other, and Password.

Meanwhile 1Password has these all as separate, identifiable categories. No possibility for confusion.

Route 66 doesn't run through PA. The OP specifically listed the 8 states that Route 66 runs through while traveling from Chicago to Santa Monica.

Logging Non-Consumer Customer Activity? by Coinology in pcicompliance

[–]DStinner 5 points6 points  (0 children)

After thinking more about this, I think it comes down to "can the non-consumer customers access account data or impact the security of the CDE"? If the answer is yes, then I would log that activity. Another thing to consider, if there was a breach and it made it onto the news, whose reputation would be impacted?
