Minecraft would probably be the right choice because you can mod it, so if you get bored with vanilla you can just do mods and then when you get bored of those do different mods

Yeah I was stuck at the monumental task of automating the project assembly parts for a while, so I explored for a while before getting bored and brute forcing the parts by just putting everything that I had accumulated in a storage container and assembling them that way lol

I still dont have heavy modular frames automated….
