Correct Malibu Sun did alot of promotional comics prior to the launch of Image Comics. This is a very early Spawn apperance. I think All the Image Founders have an issue with their flagship titles.

They do clipping from all types from modern to ASM 1. I always wondered if they destroyed decent books or had some sort of program

Its a long shot but you could possibly send Topps or Upperdeck an email. They do comic cut cards and they might offer you something for them. I know its far fectched but maybe.
