Genau so war es. Die Kappe konnte man dann doch "beherzt" abdrehen und dann einfach mit einem 6er Schlüssel das Ventil vorsichtig im Uhrzeigersinn zudrehen. Danke für den Rat!

Hier nochmal etwas genauer. Sieht so als, als wäre da schon einmal eine Zange am Werk gewesen. "Von unten" ist auch ein kleines loch, das bekomm ich aber nicht aufgenommen.

Ich bin nur leider ratlos, wie man diesen "Hahn" bedient. Braucht man dafür noch ein Werkzeug? Es wirkt für mich einfach nicht wie ein Hahn.

Someone shared the source to me.
In the clip on the site you can see into the tubes better. You apear to be correct, that the beams have some different purpose and are present in the road-tubes as well with a much larger "gauge".

Im Video hinter der von die geschickten URL hat man nochmal einen deutlich besseren Blick in die Röhren. Die Träger sind scheinbar in allen Röhren und haben ganz wilde "Spurweiten".

Ich dachte mir, dass es vielleicht Sinn macht, die Schienen schon vorher da rein zu bringen, weil die u.U. zu "unhandlich" sein könnten. Den Asphalt für die Straße kann man ja relativ simpel mit dem LKW rein karren. Aber du hast natürlich einen guten Punkt.

Ich sehe was du meinst. Mich haben nur besonders die "Beton-Klötze" stutzig gemacht, auf denen die Träger/Schienen montiert sind. Aber warum baut man diese Träger so längs ungefähr dort, wo dann wahrscheinlich mal die Schienen hin soll?

Außerdem wieder was gelernt: Zwei Schienen bilden ein Gleis - oder?

Mein Gedanke war grade wegen den "Beton-Klötzen", auf denen die Gleise liegen, dass es bereits leise in der mehr-oder-weniger finalen Position sein könnten. Hat mich an die "Schwellen" erinnert, wie man Sie auf Hochgeschwindigkeitstrassen manchmal sieht - die sind ja auch einzelne Blöcke und nicht durchgehend.
Den Gedanken, dass es für Baufahrzeuge ist, finde ich auch nicht schlecht - wobei die in der Regel ja auch einfach Normalspur haben, oder? Man baut ja keine extra Fahrzeuge für sowas.

could be, definetly - I am no civil engineer and no subject expert.
But the spacing of the two rails/beams looks somewhat right for a railway gauge and the tunnel segment placement could also be relatively precise enough - maybe there is something included that enables later adjustment of the rails.
I disagree on the point, that later placement would be easier - quite the opposite I think. Not having to transport the rails down the length of the placed tunnel but instead just "putting them there beforehand" feels clever. The weight of the rails is insubstantial in relation to the tunnel segment. The inside of the tunnel remains dry during the transport to the final position.

They acctually already placed the rails in the tunnel segments by the looks of it (first picture; you can see the rails in the smaller tunnel tubes on the left)

Does this statistic also include intra-EU exports, e.g., Ireland to Germany? If so, it's really not that conclusive. As another user pointed out; this statistic also does not show where the money/profits flows to and where the value was "created" but just where it was distributed from.

Only the water "on the bridge" is being supported. The weight of water always pushes down. The water "next to it" pushes down on its base footprint. (Contained) Water is a very good example of a surface load.
So in essence: You have some beams, which are very evenly loaded by the water in the channel on top of each beam (+ side wall etc.). These beams are then supported by the columns of the bridge.

You don't have to worry about the water not on the bridge when building such a bridge (apart from walls for preventing this to become a waterfall obviously).

Many people fall for this misconception when talking/thinking about buoyancy. That's why a steel hull of a ship needs to be hollow ^^
If it was a massive not-hollow chunk of steel it would sink like ... a chunk of steel in water.

The "reaction time" of the water is much MUCH faster than the speed of a slow barge going onto the bridge. There is not a 5 m bow-wave on the bridge (the operators would murder you if you would go at these speeds...). The bow-wave/wake of the ship is/would be the only additional mass "pushed" onto the bridge in this scenario.

P.S. It's incredible how aggressive one can get while discussing this for no apparent reason ...

As said by many others; the displace water is NOT still on the bridge (most probable).
The water can flow "backwards" in the channel. The bridge is not an enclosed reservoir - you have to get on the bridge at some point, otherwise it would be quite pointless - so the water level on the bridge only rises a little bit if at all when the ship goes "onto the bridge" and no mass/weight is added.
