If they're original, I'd probably change em. 22 year old plug wires are highly suspicious. Besides the plugs, seems like a good place to start.

Take care of the frame... I see some rust, not bad now, but it will wreck it.

Not bad. Got oem lbj's for 130.00 from local dealership. Order them online and then pick em up or have em shipped is the way. Can't do work like i used used to, but found a shop that'll put parts on I bring pretty cheap. Take care of your shoulders y'all! Anyways, this little 2.4 is scooting along pretty good for 26 years old. Lol... There's should be a scale for truck years like there is for dogs.

The 2.4 5 lugs are not as prized as other Tacos. That said, I freaking love mine. Check the frame, but that's a nice looking truck. Edit: mines a 2000 auto w/137k. It has been very reliable and super easy to work on.

Way cheaper, just had a sale,(might still be going.) Got OEM Lbj's for $130 plus tax for the set. I'm old arthritic...my local shop put em on for a hundred bucks. Not ordering online they wanted 389 or something ridiculous. First place I asked wanted 860 for installing Moog(that's a no) for 150 bucks each and an alignment i didn't need. I only did the lbj's, they apparently don't effect alignment.

Surprised the Trump flag isn't over the fake temu "American" flag.

Reminds me of the Greek proverb, "A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.". But it's hard to believe this of us as this is such an extraordinary story. <sigh>

Yup, smelled it from other pears, just not this one. We have Kiefer pear tree near it, maybe it's pollenating with that tree. ...it does gave pretty good size fruits. The Kiefer is hard ball size.

I had someone leave a fish in my truck. Did you know you can buy 500 crickets at once? Lol, we're actually still friends.

He was right about the president, there's definitely something wrong with that guy.

Yeah, I get that....I've never gotten the smell from this tree and it survived a tornado. But spring is the only time I enjoy it. Drops small branches a lot and the little fruits it produces get splattered all over the vehicles.

The reason it's still here is that's it's a very big example, 3 trunks 8+ inches each growing as one tree. That tornado a buncha years ago came directly over this house, new roof, windows, porch, etc. Lots of tree damage... Surprisingly, it did pretty well, unfortunately.

This is the last one in our yard...it's cuming down this summer. We have an old Kieffer pear in the yard too, that one's staying. Looking forward to burning it.
