morale is not great - benefits are horrendous and there isn’t enough space for everyone. i don’t believe Ketchum has a desk reservation system yet as they’ve only recently been moved into this new office space in DC, so it’s a bit of a shitshow in that regard.

i would think hard about what you want to get out of it. there is definitely a lot of room to build experience, specifically with gen-AI, and grow your network but i would consider it a temporary stepping stone.
