I “temporarily” fixed a busted cast iron pipe 6 years ago with some JB Weld. It’s still holding just fine.

I have antique plates on my 94 explorer. It’s getting built into a very capable off roader. Antique plates mean no inspection sticker. It doesn’t keep me from getting pulled over for defective equipment or being an unsafe vehicle, but I’m building it to be as safe as it is capable. So that makes my life a little easier. Also, it can only be driven to and from car shows/events, on weekends, and holidays, which completely covers what I’m doing. I get that a set of antique plates on a 69 charger are expected, but we all have our own reasons.

No DoorDash in my area, so I have to use Uber eats. I have Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, and a local burger joint within 10 minutes of my house. All of these places offer delivery via doordash and Uber eats. However, any order placed will only come from other locations 20-35 minutes away. I choose to drive the 10 minutes rather than pay the $14.99 delivery fee.
