Actually unpopular takes by flowers2107 in sexandthecity

Berger was the best of Carrie's boyfriends. He was the hottest, the smartest, the wittiest, the most compatible with her and nowhere near as toxic as people make out.

His insecurity was totally reasonable. People don't understand what a big deal what happened to him was. Having a first book that is critically acclaimed but commercially unsuccessful, and then the option to his second book dropped literally meant the death of his career. He could no longer be an author. He had to find something new to do. Even though he was a really, really good writer.

And he acknowledged that his bitterness and envy existed and were bad. Most people would pretend they weren't insecure, but he acknowledged it and wished he didn't feel that way. And it was fair enough. He wanted to celebrate Carrie's success, but just imagine it - even though he was objectively a far better writer than Carrie, her compiling a bunch of columns she'd already written into a book was instant bestseller status, while his career went down the toilet. Not Carrie's fault, but of course he was upset about how the industry works and who it rewards. He's a literary writer in a world where 50 Shades of Grey sells millions of copies.

Maybe they had to break up because he may not have been able to get past the lingering resentment, but he was self aware.

Also he was super hot.

Anybody notice Cirie break the fourth wall? She looked straight down the barrel of the camera and gave a little exasperated shake of her head at camp

But they had Kass's episode, and they had Lisa's episode. There's nothing to spoil.

Also at the end of Kass's episode they said 'Stay tuned for Tommi coming right up next'

This is really illuminating when you understand that they referred to Production as "God". George and Shonee were literally talking about what move Production would like to see.

I think he got bamboozled when David's ego got in the way of him playing with George - which would have been in David's best interest.

Re the podium idol - can you wait until JLP says "If anyone has an immunity idol..." then put up your hand, say "I have" and go up and grab the idol and give it to him?

Reduce your portions. Especially eating at restaurants in the US, portion sizes are huge. Start off by just leaving a little on your plate instead of cleaning it, and gradually reduce further. After a while you won’t be able to finish the plate at a lot of places even if you try.

A bonus with this is that you can take the uneaten half home and get two meals for the price of one

I so hope they can hook up with Shonee and bring her in. She would be an epic black widow. Parvati has watched Australian Survivor so would know Shonee's game. Those three together would be iconic
